Weirdos seem happy the baseball team lost so “Colleen” looks better.

All time epic melt. Very very sad. Went 0-4 against the Hawks to close the season. Just needed to go 1-3 in those to make the tourney. A shame.

It a damn shame that the baseball program is being shut down after this year. The best season the baseball program had in the past 30 years. But the sad thing is that they won over 30 game and still wasn’t qualify for the A10 tournament. St. Joe’s ended our basketball and baseball season. The president and the AD need to be ashamed of themselves.

She deleted her tweet. Some of the comments were priceless though if you caught it before she took it down.
Her tagging the baseball coach in it might have been the most insensitive thing I've seen.

Disappointing end to baseball’s history at La Salle.
Certainly the SJ Hawks are not confused with the top tier of baseball programs in the country but baseball can be streaky sport.. SJ Hawks got hot at the very end.. How many times have we seen the wildcard teams in MLB go deep in the playoffs..
Time to right size the athletic department to offer the amount of programs consistent with the school and department funds. The right sizing should have been done a while ago.

I’m just answering back to Joe in why the president and the AD should be ashamed of themselves because the baseball program had been around over 70 years and their was no fight from the president and AD in keeping the baseball program. In my opinion they want to divert the fund to the men basketball program for them to compete in the A10. R.I.P Lasalle baseball program.

“What is different than a number of other Title IX compliance agreements reached between colleges and clients represented by Bryant is that La Salle apparently was able to show that its most updated projections did not show a gap that required bringing back any of the women’s teams slated to be cut.”
Seems like La Salle wasn’t breaking the law despite what the lawyer said.

New interim Prez is making an impact. (Joe won't believe it because he wasn't there for the meeting I had). Enrollment numbers are now above the 467 mark they were a couple of months ago thanks to some specific efforts from him...I'm hearing 540-ish, but not final yet. It is his main focus because driving enrollment drives operating revenue.
He is also establishing some partnerships with various educational organizations in the city and the archdiocese and public schools, along with getting some sponsorship for funding for some educational initiatives for high school students to take classes at La Salle.
This is what we needed...someone to reach out to the community and the local education systems to draw interest and funding. Hearing he is really engaging the faculty more as well. Kudos to him.

The Venn Diagram of barstool fans and Bauer fans is pretty much just one big circle.
