Did anyone watch the Vermont vs Albany game? Played in Burlington,Vermont on a court with no seating behind the baskets holding about 3500 or so. The atmosphere was totally electric and loud as hell. Pure ultra enthusiastic excitement. I saw something very similar watching a Bucknell game a few years back.
the point being that Gola could rock while waiting for all the other things to come together.

I have to be honest, Rose Hill sucks. I know it's old and probably would look cool if literally everything was removed so the stone walls were actually visible, but there's no feeling of history in there, other than just being old. There's no bathroom in the arena... Sounds like the $2.5 million would've been better spent by putting a new toilet in Rose Hill and naming it after the former A.D. |

I'm NOT NOT NOT going to make a comparison to their win and La Salle's run, and how money is going to get spent. But Villanova is capitalizing on their success in the biggest way. I hate them but they certainly handle their business well. I think Jay was signed through 2020? I wonder if he got an extension as the first order of business. Embarrassment of riches Dept. :

Unfortunately, La Salle hasn't had any players in the era where the NBA $ has become absurd. Rasual had a looooong NBA career, but Lowry will make more $ this season than Rasual did in his entire career
