speculation is fine but it needs to be realistic. even if la salle could afford him, schmidt would never come here. he looks down his nose at la salle. his comment after sbu stole that a10 tournament game from us tells you all you need to know. remember, he's jesuit-educated (at bc) and was an assistant at xavier for years. it's in his dna.

this kid was a top 100 recruit at rutgers prep playing for matt bloom but he never panned out at nova. had some injury issues and ended up missing all of the 23-24 season because of shoulder surgery. has 2 years of eligibilty left.
