If I had to guess he’s heading back to California. He shot the three at a 42% clip but only on moderate volume. If you think he’s gonna play major minutes, I’m hesitant to want a 6-1 shooting guard when you have a 6-1 Deuce Jones coming in.

Give any and all shooters.. Undersized, unathletic.: if they can shoot north of 40% sign me up..
When your starting C shoots better than you starting PG, starting SF (for most of year) and the starting PF (undersized i recognize and didn’t start for a month) by a good margin that is a big problem and needs Immediate addressing..
Time to get the high skill, high IQ perhaps unathletic players to supplement our roster..

Amir Williams from Drexel is in the portal and also declaring for the draft.. He will get higher offers. Great defender. He is the type of kid La Salle needs to find. Under-recruited with growth potential.

Not a serious draft prospect but checking the box but will be very interested to see where he transfers… explorer88 what do you think he goes for? I wonder if he did go high major how much he would play… Reserve role.. But he should def move up a level.. This is always the interesting part of the experiment do you take the highest dollar at high major and get 15-20 mins or do you try to find a situation where you are an important piece on a lower level and get less money and 30 mins per game Wouldn’t shock if he goes for $70-$80k next season to a Duquesne or something. I would gladly offer $50k and set a floor for him. |

He is limited offensively but so good defensively..Duquesne is a good comp for him. I think the A10 is the right level for him but some power school will probably reach for him.
When schools need to fill 6-7 scholarships schools always reach.

To be fair - Davidson hasn’t with the Covid 5th year been able to take grad transfers since they don’t have any Master’s programs. Let’s see what they do in about two years once the extra year Covid players are out of the NCAA picture

st joe's (pa) is supposedly going to be in an in-season tournament in 2025-26 and/or 2025-27 seasons which all participating schools will get $1m. one of the main people behind it is and1 founder/westtown prep coach seth berger. i guess seth is re-paying lange for giving his son a full scholly last year (he's since transferred to bucknell). again, something smells here. www.si.com/college/syracuse/basketball/syracuse-nil-in-season-tournament |
