Very confusing. Assumed 1) schools couldn’t be directly linked to NIL money and 2) a team can only play in the same exempt tournament once every 4 years

Seems high… Not saying you are wrong.. but the numbers I have heard that seems high.. There are players doing that but average? Ehhh I dunno Even with all my connections etc.. Two people have told me this seems to be what an average A10 starter is getting. That seems high… Average A10 starter? Seems high… If you call some of La Salle's starters average, it is in this ballpark. Blew me away but two very different people hinted at this. |

Well we did finish second to last place in the A-10 this year and one player got all-conference recognition soooooo I think that tells you who is average and who is not…
I wish we had more average A-10 players on the roster this season..

Anyone notice anything unique / highly unusual (i.e., unlike ANY other Div. I, II, or III college or university MBB team ) about Davidson College's 16-man MBB roster this season ( 2023-24 ) ? OK, time's up. Davidson has only one non-caucasian player on their 16 - man MBB team roster this year. Can you think of any other 2023 - 24 NCAA Div. I, II or III college or university varsity MBB team where this fortuitous circumstance happens to be the case ? I could not. |

If we're going to talk about portals and NIL money, the NIL recipients should have to complete their seasons to receive their entire pay. Furthermore, the portal should not be open until after the postseason is completed. This shit would stop right away. No professional sports league in the country has open free agency while their postseason is taking place. So I don't blame the folks up in Olean for blowing their stack. That's a passionate group, and they didn't deserve this from the basketball program. |

I'd expect the whole SLU team to go in after they fired Ford....similar to us when we let Ash go and ...I think...8 or 9 players went into the portal? i was looking at the a10 rosters last night. didn't realize that st bona's 2024-25 roster currently stands at 5 players. as of now: two players in this year's rotation return three freshmen were redshirted this past season four players have gone into the portal four players ran out of eligibility and as far as i can tell, they don't have any 2024 commitments makes me wonder if schmidt might jump if he gets an offer to coach elsewhere |
