within the last hour, an email went out to all season ticket holders giving an update on when pricing will be announced and when the seat selection process will begin. i won't bore anyone with those details but i've copied the last section of the email which i know has me excited. it looks like we are going to have a real nice place to attend games.
About John Glaser Arena
John Glaser Arena at TruMark Financial Center is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2024, following a complete renovation of the space formerly known as Tom Gola Arena. The arena renovation will provide a state-of-the-art experience that brings fans closer to the action and creates a dynamic atmosphere for Explorers basketball.
New features of John Glaser Arena include: a 360-degree seating bowl that features all chairback seats, a hospitality suite, expanded courtside seating options, brand new audio/visual systems that includes a center-hung video board and ribbon boards throughout the arena, LED sports lighting, new HVAC system, an event level concession stand, and more.
La Salle University's Arena Renovation Project has been fully funded by philanthropic gifts to the school, with significant support coming through a generous gift from the late John Glaser, '62.

How will fans move around in the arena, is there a walk around the underneath of the bowl? can't say for sure, but it appears there will be concourses underneath the sideline seats but they will not extend below the end zones. |

I can't wait to sit it all finished. Never thought I would see this in my lifetime. It is not a new building but the previous layout was so bad this feels like an entirely new playing space for the program. Bonus is it seems our current AD has everything under control and so competent is the cherry on top. It does look like the rendering given to us is exactly what we are going to get with the finished product. |

I hope you are right about the finished product. I reserved season tickets and will have a unique perspective in comparing the before and after. The new seats are basically in the same spot in relation to the court as my old seats (row G facing the La Salle bench). While I liked my old seats I am hoping for some improvements. I am especially looking forward to the overhead video scoreboard. The hanging baskets partially blocked my view of the men's room board and I had to twist in my seat to see the other board (not easy for an old fart like myself). A few wins will make everything great.

There's a little part of me...knowing La Salle's history...that expects to walk into The Gola and see this be the equivalent of the Stonehenge replica being lowered onto the stage in This is Spinal Tap.
