Also, Tony struggled in high school he 21 graduating. He may not be the brightest bulb in the bunch. Gives me an idea why he not eligible.
The Miller School is one of the better Prep Schools in this country. We are talking Inter-AC. Comes from an extremely tough financial situation. Give the kid a frigging break.
"He may not be the brightest bulb in the bunch." Well he's brighter than one bulb. Your first sentence makes zero sense.

@joefedorowicz: From the looks of it, Jordan Price is more Earl Pettis than Ramon Galloway and Ty Duren. In videos, looks to be a savvy player, old shcool.

Never did I say the kids an idiot. Don't shoot me for grammer on a forum. He may have struggled in school as his age illustrates which is why I used the word "may". I edited the post two minutues later. Take a chill pill.

If you want to be picky, it's also a mixed metaphor. Light bulbs don't come in a bunch.

I edited the post two minutues later. Take a chill pill. The problem I have with your post (besides the poor grammar) is that you basically did call him an idiot indirectly because he didn't graduate HS until he was 21. First, I don't think it's very cool to infer that a recruit is stupid. Second, neither one of us knows the situation(s) he dealt with growing up, so it's not fair to assume that just because he graduated HS at 21, he must be dumb. His home life, possible learning disabilities and a host of other reasons all may have contributed to his graduating at 21. Maybe he didn't have any negative factors affecting his ability to learn or maybe he did, but because neither one of us knows the story, to say he's not one of the brightest bulbs is not fair and just plain wrong.

So did Rodney really measure out at 6'3 or forget his shoes or is Amar still growing? Rodney is a legit 6'5". I think Amar is still growing. If you've ever seen the kid up close, he's all arms and legs. Still remember G telling a group of us at the post-season banquet how much he loves Stukes and he thinks that he will turn out to be a cross between Tyreek Duren and former Richmond point guard Kevin Anderson, who ended up being the A10 POY his senior year.

I finally figured out how to block people, if you click on his name - on the right side should be a drop down where you can choose to block him. Your brain will thank you for it.

Bottom line is we want Tony that is all that matters. I believe Tony is 19 years old to settle any arguments.

Rarely do I agree with Mr. D, but a10 champion, people can barely understand what you're trying to say. Your spelling, grammar and syntax is so atrocious that it stretches ones credulity that you have gotten beyond the 6th grade, never mind having gone to La Salle. I have no idea what you are trying to express due to the aforementioned. You really need an adult to proofread this drivel before expecting to be taken seriously. You post under another name on the A-10 bd., which really gives me a queasy feeling as a La Salle grad. I have avoided this as long as possible, because I am not an elitist. Mr. Moderator, can you help stop this. If there are real problems, maybe there is a solution, but his posts are embarrassing to La Salle. All may not agree and I understand. No one elected me proofreader-in-chief.

Check out his twitter...he is 20. I was wrong I didn't mean to offend anyone nor was i insulting him. If you want to twist my words so be it. Nonetheless, I am excited for him to be a part of this team.
However Price I am much more excited about. Anyone got anything on him. Saw he scored 19 points against Rhode Island in 21 minutes

Back to the matter at hand - Doc G has said repeatedly he wants guys who can dribble/pass/shoot on the perimeter and basically be interchangeable. basically it seems he's looking to go with a hybrid approach of the original "go-big" scheme of 2004-2006 and the interchangeable parts scheme of 2007-2010.
So, can this kids play defense and handle the ball the way Duren, mills, Galloway, Garland, Stukes, Lewis can? If so and throw in the size factor he's a great fit for the scheme and actually as a sophmore and DJ as a Senior, could allow us to play a fairl big luineup for smal spurts with Stukes, DJ, Zack and Wright on the floor with him.

I like what I see from the video, good find.
Something that G discusses over and over is "sharing the ball" which made our team that much better this year.
I really don't like what I see when it comes to assists. I am hoping he understands that fundemental aspect of our offense, that sharing is vital. Murray never understood that concept.

There is no question in 2015 that we are going 4 guards.. The backcourttalent is this roster is nuts.. The best part about these guards the PG/SG is going to be 6'3 that plays taller (long arms), 6'3 PG/SG, 6'4/6'5 athletic/strong SF and PF..
The 3 and the 4 are above average shooters and you have two other guards that are above average on the ball and in dribble penetration (I know one is coming from high school so it is a reach but he also gets a year to learn from one of the best PGs in the country)..
As a result can you say spread it out... drive and kick.. good luck defending that...
College is a guards game.. Get excited fellas..
This is in no way to short change the recent/present Tyreek, Galloway, Mills.. This does not happen without them taking a chance on us vs. other schools.. I will forever be indebted to them for it.. And I am very excited for the season.. I live out of the area but I have already told myself i am flying in for their senior day, they absolutely deserve it. The standard they have set for the new guys and that shit is high..

It amazes me how we attract so many high-level players to transfer in here. It's one thing to bring in Philly guys who want to come home, but we're pulling them from all over now. It may be that this Sweet 16 run gave our program a real identity, and in the current climate where players transfer so frequently, we might just look like a welcoming place where you'll play and get a chance to win. A higher-level version of what they're doing at Iona. Hope that's the case, because we've got a good thing going.

Wow. I like what I'm seeing from this kid. Sounds like he could be a "program continuer" as opposed to Ramon's "program changer."
What I think is really interesting is that once TD3/Sam/Ty graduate, we're immediately starting fresh but with three guys who had an apprenticeship and another (Khalid) who has a year under his belt as the first guy off the bench. And you add the precocious NKOTB with a ridiculously veteran senior class in DJ/Steve/Jerrell. Throw in Rohan and (hopefully) Tony W. and this thing just continues.

In addition to the fact, that the new players coming in to play in 2014-15 are not true freshman. 2 of the 3 players have a year under their belts already.

Here's some more video of Jordan from a state playoff game last year. He kind of reminds me of Jamel Artis who G really liked. He's got guard skills but is big and strong enough to cover forwards. He's 230 lbs but it's not a flabby 230. He had a college ready body before he even got to Auburn.
And based on this film, he looks like he has Ramon-type range and a sweet stroke. He had his fair share of assists in this game also.

Is it wrong for me to be so excited about this move considering I hadn't heard of the guy yesterday and Auburn basketball is no prize? Basically someone play devil's advocate and throw some ice water on this transfer just so I don't get too excited
