La Salle has tumbled to 150 on KenPom after giving up 1.26 Points per possession (And it was worse if you take it after 32 minutes). For context La Salle only gave up more than that 4 times last year and previous high this season was 1.02 against Cornell. This is really bad. We had fought our way to about 188. The San Diego loss hurt a little as we went to about 124. This was a disaster. What is playing a 1-5 Stetson team going to do for us? |

We had fought our way to 118. Now to be at 150 is awful. I have plans to go to the Temple as we will be back east for Thanksgiving. |

Thing have changed for the worst in this Boardwalk Battle. The last two lost was against winnable teams. We making UC San Diego and UIC like we playing against Duke and Gonzaga. In the four win, defense was giving up an avg. 61 points and the two lost we giving up an avg. of 84 points. Turnovers and Rebounds is our Achilles heel in this tournament. The only bright in this Boardwalk Battle is Deuce Jones. Deuce had a nice game against UIC with 21 points. In my opinion, Deuce should be a starter and Marrero coming off the bench. Tomorrow game against a winnable opponent. Let get our first win in this Boardwalk Battle.

I know you will laugh in pain because this is coming from me but... Too highlight some positive things.. Marrero and Shepherd offensively are having their best games.. Their defense is questionable, as neither a strong suit for both players, but they are not holding us back offensively like everyone else Saw the same thing wish they brought this yesterday, I think we may have won. |

I couldn't make today's game but did watch most of it on BallerTV. Plan on attending tomorrow despite the 2 losses. Agree with poster who liked Marrero and Shep being more aggressive on offense. I would like to see McKeithan be more of a pass first point guard. We really need to bring in a few 6'6" 3 and D guys. Lot of season left. Go 'splorers! both corey and deuce need to take on a pass-first mindset. in fact, most of the team needs to do that. they've become predictable in that everyone seems to be in attack mode. we've got plenty of guys who can break down their man, but it doesn't always need to end up with that person taking the shot. numerous times yesterday, uic got it into the paint, had an okay shot, but then made the extra pass for a better one. got lots of wide open jump shots or dropped it down low to the baseline. no reason our guys can't do that. it's not that complicated. |

It’s how do you perform relative to the expectations and metrics. So if La Salle beats Stenson by more than 12 that’s projected they likely move up, if they win by less they likely move down. You lose, you tumble. |

Gotta say no. As much as I don’t want that to be my answer. I think they’ll keep playing aggressive late even if they’re down 14 and that might lead to turnovers and stuff that will widen the gap.
