Need to turn up the volume for pregame video of players and music more consistently throughout the game. Someone needs to be the student prompter too. We’re slowly getting there!

One point on band placement...they should move to the other side of the basket to be right next to the opposing team's bench. If they recruit a few more members, they will be a lot louder, and can be disruptive to the other team during timeouts by playing loudly right next to them.
This is where we were positioned back in the day at the Civic Center and you could see players struggling to hear their coach at times...especially when it was close toward the end of the game. VCU does this effectively.
