We down by 12 51-39 at the half. We playing with no energy and compassion. The only player playing tonight is Gill(16 pts and 4 rebounds). Brickus and Brantley combined for 4 points at the half. SLU shooting light out in the 1st half of the game(20\31 64%) We have to come out with energy on both sides of the ball if we are going to win this game. Let get it and win this game.

I laughed when Kale just said "this came could get ugly fast." as St. Louis goes up by 20 and have 87 points in the bank. It's been ugly all game long.

What bothers me the most is how hard the kids and staff work- in addition to simply being great people— and having to have so many hard nights with this program. It is just a tough league, with every school with the exception of maybe Fordham investing more than us and giving their kids a better chance at being competitive.
Perhaps, with the new leadership and facility upgrades we can turn the curve.

A game like this certainly paints a bad picture.. Good on the young Swede to be feeding the players that don’t play.. He could easily be jacking stuff up and it would be understandable considering how tonight went… |
