Real mature. What was your highest test score? 49. Didn't realize this was the no-fun zone.

If the guy has some mental problems, which I havent seen substantiated, hopefully he is moving in the right direction. I look at some athletes that have done well like Brandon Marshall and they have become role models for how to act and be leaders rather than selfish individuals while dealing with issues like bi polar disorder. Then there are the marbury's and arguably artest. (Not comparing his game) Like I said I haven't seen anything substantiated but if that truly was the case and he is turning a page and taking the course of action that is necessary good for him. I'm not that stubborn to always hate him because he helped dismantle our program. if he does turn it around and can become an advocate for mental health I would be very impressed and my opinion would change 180. I can't come to that conclusion simplyfrom a 48 pt game but it is an interesting story to watch no matter how it ends.

I wish him well. He may indeed have some mental health issues. Hopefully he can get those under control. Like I said in another post you can't judge unless you walked in the shoes of some of these guys. It's easy for us because we grew up in stable middle class homes and had parents as role models. I cant even imagine growing up in the situation of some of these kids. The nice thing for him is they won the game. Texas So. needed everyone of his points. Us? Now you speak for everyone? +1

No reason to play nice with someone who isn't doing the same: Angry Al had an obvious racial slant to his comment and that term. Flat out.

Cali, current AM isn't a comp for prior Brandon Marshall. He has domestic violence on his record. Whole other level from being immature and selfish and smoking weed.

We all make mistakes. Aaric seems like he was a handful, immature, and made poor life choices. But he's 24. I was a total dumbass when I was in my early 20s, too. Let's wish him well and hope he's matured.

Why do we care? Wish him well; remember our great season without him and all move on.

May I ask a question. He played for us for two years. If did not work out and he left. Happens all the time. Why are we still talking about him over two years later. I wish him well and it is timt to move on, both him and this board.

I am talking about athletes that struggle with mental health period, which was brought up in the past and may or may not be true in his case.

I do not claim to speak for the board. I simply said until you walk in someone else's shoes don't be so judgemental. If you had a tougher childhood then Aaric or Claret or anyone else struggling and you had no parental and family guidance and made it through college then great for you. I didn't know anyone at LaSalle who had it that bad. If anyone on here did then I would like to hear from you because you lived it and can give us that perspective.

Because he's so damn polarizing, was arguably the highest ranked recruit we had landed in a long time, was a local and almost got G fired. It would be strange if everyone acted like he never played here when he just scored the highest number of points in a D1 game so far this year. Plus we're playing wagner so the conversation is lacking a little bit. Did you see how much action the OT thread got??

I was at the Temple game last night and Aaric put on one hell of a show. Definitely one of the games I'll always remember being at. Nice to see the local guy succeed, even if it is with a different program.

He also seems to be a pretty great contrast to the 2012-13 squad. Total buy in to the team concept with kids who seemed to love playing together versus a guy who seems happier getting his numbers and having the uncontested top dog spot. Everyone wins.
(And that's not being snide. I'm glad he's doing well, it would suck for him to waste his talent and opportunities because he couldn't find the right program fit.)

I would be willing to bet that Murray scores less then 9 points in his next game. Should've taken advantage of this opportunity and bet that if he did, you'd never post again...sorry guys FYI - he doubled that...18pts/9 boards

Aaric is officially going dancing with Texas Southern. 27 pts, 10 reb, 4 blk in their conference championship game win over an 11-22, now 11-23 (not a typo) opponent.

I just heard the SWAC Eligibility issue through here. It's no secret I'm not his biggest fan given he set us back when we were on an upswing, but I'll acknowledge his achievements for sure.

The only thing I can say for sure is he got his game together down there. Whether he's matured or not, I can't say for sure. I'm not bitter towards him anymore, seems like the basketball Gods have humbled him enough. I think its interesting to see how he develops, but I don't think he'll be going from the SWAC to the NBA.

ALL KIDS FOR CASH CASES HAVE BEEN REVIEWED, DISMISSED, AND REVERSED. And we're in a completely separate county. Don't bring politics into this, mucho gracias.

Don't bring politics into this..... "he was sent to Glen Mills, a school for court-adjudicated students. ( Which means he had to have done something to be sent there.)" Is this a "political" comment?
