Not record predictions - we can do those later - but generally speaking what are everyone's expectations for the season? Post Season, Attendance, anything at all.
Mine? I expect us to become a bit of a local-media darling. Our guys have a great personality as a team and with so man local kids, it seems to really resonate well. I think we'll see our first season with multiple saturday sell outs and we will take another step forward with the program and have an at-large bid secure regardless of the A10 tournament results.

1) I think we already are the media darling. The last time a college team had that much local support was the Jameer St. Joe's team. Ours was more of an explosion out of nowhere but was the best. There was a week where seemingly the only sports team in the Delaware Valley was La Salle.
2) I hope the student section evolves. They've been great but I want less Seven Nation Army (hard for me to say that as a White Stripes fanatic but it was done by the Miami Heat) stuff. I really want to heard "All We Do Is Turn Up" after any big play. I'd also love to hear a chant of "IN! IN! IN!" anytime one of our guys was at the FT line, since that's what Jerrell said to himself during the K State game when he tore up. I would also love a Cousin Bern chant anytime Ty Garland goes off on someone. And, of course, a TD3 thing.
3) I'd also love to see a lot of flags. For some reason, I love flags.

It was said, but this season can really make La Salle a landmark for years to come with a good showing. But more than anything, I want to see the seniors be rewarded once more with a good finish. We say that for every graduating class, but these guys are the ones who bought into G's ideas, took them and created an identity for a program that was desperately lacking any image.
Edit: I second the flag notion. Flags pretty much rule.

Barring any major injuries I would be hoping for a 22-8 record before the A-10 playoffs start (let's say 11-3 out of conference and 11-5 conference records). That would put the Explorers in good position for an NCAA Tournament bid. Getting one win in the A-10 playoffs should then get us in. Can't have any bad slip ups though along the way.
It should be a fun season.

I try to be realistic and look at the season and see 23-7 regular season with two or three additional wins in A10 and NCAA tourney to finish around 26-8. Even if we should lose in the opening round of NCAA tourney I will consider it a very good season with 26 wins. If we should again win one or even two NCAA games it is a great season with 28 or so wins. We will know by completion of Paradise Jam just what kind of team we are. If we come back at 6-1 after tourney we are in good shape and if we are 7-0 then watch out because we are really good. If we should be 4-3 I will be very concerned. 90% chance 6-1 or 5-2 is what we probably will be.

I think with our run last year, I would like to think the selection committee would give us the benefit of the doubt if we were in a bubble situation, but that's getting way ahead of ourselves.

Have the highest expectations. Not a game we cannot win. However, many variables, illness, injury and the like. But, if we stay healthy, and play to our ability, it will be a stellar season.

We will go undefeated in the regular season, lose in the conf championship, lose again in the elite 8, and we will call it the "perfect" season.

I didn't see this on here anywhere but Fran Fraschilla has some expectations about Steve Zack.
"'ll predict that @szack21, at 6-11, 245 pounds, will get drafted in 2 years. Haven't checked but doubt he's on anyone's Top 100 list yet."
Wow. Could Zack end up as our Muscala?
