Driving conditions should be ok as it hasn't been under freezing for long durations recently. We'll need a strong alumni showing as the students are on break this week.
Hopefully the game won't get pushed back to Thursday.

The GW team won't be relying on airplanes to get here. They will be in a local hotel on Tuesday night. Also, most of the precip is starting as rain, and staying south of campus while the cold air will be further to the west. There will be absolutely no delay.

It seems like this could be a snow event during the overnight so the drive home will probably be the concern rather than getting to the game.

A real shame the weather and spring break are going to keep attendance down. Ramon derserves better.

They've called for 1 to 3 inches so many times this winter, and I remember two times that an inch fell. When "Nemo" hit, and the storm was downgraded to a nuisance in our area, the forecasters could not backpedal fast enough, they had overhyped it too far.
So, if they say 1 to 3 inches again, take the under!

I've already started discussing this with my wife and we're leaning toward not going. I'm pissed too because it's probably (hopefully) the last game at Gola this season.

We should rename the thread and just make this the GW discussion/game thread.

I'm attending the game and I'm driving two hours from the north. Nothing will deter me from missing Ramon's night.

The only thing stopping me from going to this game is if my wife goes into labor. And that shouldn't happen because, as far as I know, she's not pregnant.

I've been so focused on La Salle hoops the last few weeks my wife could very well be pregnant and i would've missed it.

I am hearing that most of the alums are still planning to go tonight. If the weather starts to change some may leave at halftime. It is important we have the energy at Gola Arena that we had on Saturday to start the game. We need to build an early lead and build on it.

I'm still going even though my wife is driving me nuts to stay home. I don't think it'll be too bad. I'm more worried about the wind and downed trees.

Great too see everyone on this board who are die-hards attempting to go to the game. Ramon and the team deserve it. Sadly the 1,000 causual fans that come from time to time won't be there which is very sad.
Just terrible luck for Ramon. Kid deserves a packed house and no matter how we slice it the crowd will be minimal with the weather and spring break.
Sick to my stomach.

I will be there plus 2. It has gotten to the point where I never believe the weather reports. They have cried wolf so many times.

Unfortunately, I'm bailing. Can't ask my parents to babysit the 7 month old and then drive home at 10 o'clock at night, nor can we bring him along in the snow. Crappy timing for a half-a$$ed snow storm.

I will be there. Leave work a little early and take my time getting home. Ramon deserves me making the extra effort for what he has done for the program. Plus, it's a BIG game.

I'll be there.
It's Ramon Galloway Night. And it's also the biggest game in over 20 years. Although every game from here on out has that label.
I really want him to kiss the court ala Allen Iverson.

Ramon is already one of my favorite La Salle players of all time. Him deciding to transfer back home is the best thing to happen to this program in years. And this is not just a big game, this is a HUGE game. Steve not being able to play is very concerning to me. Rohan and Garvin are going to need to give the team some quality minutes tonight.

I am very scared about this game. We lost a valuable asset in area of strength for the opposing team... I would expect a lot of zone and forcing the team to shoot from distance which is a weaker area for GW... Now if they catch fire, I will be worried

With the injury to Steve this game may be a little to close for comfort but I have a feeling Ramon and Tyreek will step up like usual and the Explorers will still pull out the win and move one step closer to the NCAA Tournament.

I really want him to kiss the court ala Allen Iverson. I had the same exact thought. I really hope he does it. Accuweather now downgrading snow for Philly and North to a coating to maybe 2 inches. Things are looking better for us.

I'll be there. Probably the last time I get to see them for awhile since I'm leaving the area, so I hope they put on a good show.

If I turned in forecasts like this at work I'd be given two hours to clean out my desk.
