The Brickus charge at the end was no doubt a charge. Not even a doubt

That strip play on Rokas was so maddening and infuriating. You just can’t make those mistakes and win consistently.
This being said, he has improved and has a skill set that makes us better when he is engaged and contributing.

Posted screenshots of “not” threes. La Salle averaged 1.31 points per three pointer tonight. 1.02 points per two pointer. so a 28% premium (1.31 / 1.02) on a shot that should yield a 50% premium (3 / 2). now you’re being disingenuous

Things could always be worse. We could be in a dogfight with a 3-28 DePaul team in the 2nd half.

That being said, I think Jig shooting a 3 to win the game was the wrong decision especially since he’s been good at getting a good shot and getting the defender to foul that that should’ve been the play. Either way, there were many chances to win the game by not making the numerous silly mistakes that it really didn’t come down to the play at the end of the game. Hats off to the team though for always fighting and having a better season that most expected. Hopefully they can build on it next year and we start to get a clearer picture on who the next HC will be.

He needs to be more physical in the post both offensively and defensively, but especially defensively. And for the love of god someone please work on his hands mercilessly in the offseason!

They deserve everything they get with breaking up the Big 5, AGAIN, NIL, transfer portal, etc...I rooted for them hard back in 16 and 18, and it's fun watching the Knicks win with Nova players...But this current Nova iteration. FUCK 'EM.

So close to a legendary Nova loss. Hopefully Marquette can finish them off tomorrow.

FUCK 'EM. I don't know how any Big 5 fan can root for that team. Pompous, arrogant fans and as you said, they broke up the Big 5 twice. Let them rot in hell.

so a 28% premium (1.31 / 1.02) on a shot that should yield a 50% premium (3 / 2). Ha ha ha holy shit. If this new arena is the start of … anything remotely positive … this post will be remember as when the fanbase bottomed out before the rise. Spectacular.

Yesterday was La Salle's highest points per possession (PPP) game of the year in the A-10 at 1.202 PPP, it still wasn't enough because it was the third worst defensive game of the A-10 season on a PPP scale. barttorvik.com/team.php?year=2024&team=La+Salle

The Brickus charge at the end was no doubt a charge. Not even a doubt i would agree with this if taken in a vacumn. but after watching a game full of st bona players initiating contact using armbars, pushing off with their off hands, and using their shoulders and elbows to get space (especially brown and venning), that was a weak call, especially at that point of the game.

Hate when referees determine the game unless the call is egregious. The defender flopped and I would argue that call determined the game despite us still having a shot to tie it at the end. Down 2 to down 4 with less than a minute to go because of that. That ref was also making questionable calls all game. We turned it on to watch him.
