Glad to see Rokas health improvement is continuing to benefit the team.. Still needs more consistently and have a strong finish for season..
He had 3 straight stops (19 foot jumper from center which I will gladly give up everytime, a block on penetration and forced a missed shot).
When you play a stretch zone like this you put pressure on the central defender… Bold move by Dunphy to do with Rokas having 2 fouls already.. But when are down 15 pts.. you gotta go bold..
Still needs to be more consistent

Another game where are lack of length and quickness on the wings hurt us. Guards matched up well and Rokas had his 4th straight solid outing. We got killed by Bailey and Bigelow.

Just getting killed inside by the small lineup. Perplexing move by Dunphy to take Rokas out.. if you are worried about legs.. use the TOs All of a sudden Richmond is scoring on dribble penetration and weak side rebounds

we have 2 guys starting for us that could start for them, again substantial talent disparity.

Well at least they played harder than the St. Louis game but still the same end result. The difference is Richmond's a good team.

Probably not a popular opinion but I believe we really miss the Drame twins. Their length, defense and intangibles could really help us. I understand that we couldn't match the NIL money that Duquesne gave them, but just think we'd have a couple more wins if they were still here.

Hassan is averaging 3.4 points and 3.2 rebounds.

Another loss today against a good Richmond team. We played better against the 1st place Richmond than SLU. The starting lineup played well today. 4 out of 5 was in double digits in points and Jocius had a double double (10 pts & 10 rebounds). Our downfall was the turnover (13) and no bench production. Gill, Marrero and Zan combined for 0 points. We played them tough but playing tough don’t bring win. In my opinion, Brickus and Brantley starting to fatigue in game. Brantley (35.4 mpg) and Brickus (36.5 mpg) lead the team minutes played and in the top 5 in the A10. Well on Wednesday we at Davidson on Tuesday and let break this 4 game losing streak. Let go baby.

Hassan is averaging 3.4 points and 3.2 rebounds. Fousseyni is having a bounce back year from an efficiency prospective. Not close to shooting 48% from 3-pt land like he is this year. Would be a huge upgrade at the 3 or 4 both from offense and defense. Rebounding would also see a tremendous boost. Hassan defensively would de a help. Long and can rebound. Doesn’t get lost on defense. Can pound in the low post if going small. That was a tough loss. To be certain, they didn’t have the greatest years last year but certainly would have helped this year compared to what we offered at the forward positions. Those 3 and Tunde would have been a nice trio to rotate through. Obviously we all know the situation there, Duquesne being early on NIL and Dunphy being late. Let’s see if we get a self-correction soon through a variety of ways.

The twins and Duquesne, who cares. They are not helping this team win any more games than they have right now. Its a meaningless discussion. They were not that great when they were here. Hey I have a great idea for more discussion. If we were to bring back Ramon and the Train how many more wins do you think we would have? Explorerman, I would love to hear your thoughts on this meaningless waste of time subject. I am tired of hearing about guys that are not here anymore. We need to move on and look forward, behind is not a great picture.

Zero bench points is telling (2-9 record) in league play, no depth with players tiring as the season wears down! We have in my opinion 7-8 players who cannot play in the A-10 with a few directly brought in by Coach Dunphy yet none given minutes in order to spell starters. This is on Dunphy to a degree, interested in other's take.
