I thought this needed its own mention.
On the Hawks broadcast Mike Corey is talking about SLU’s win at La Salle Wednesday night and he says on the broadcast “you know how hard it is getting up for a game there at La Salle”.
Damn that is harsh. Not saying he is lying. Just I have never heard a shot like that on a broadcast. Kind of a dick move from an announcer I generally
like.
This renovation can’t come fast enough..

He's not wrong. We had multiple threads on here over the years complaining about the sound system, the concessions, the temperature, the lack of band, the lack.of attendance, etc.

I thought this needed its own mention. He is probably so lazy that climbing up the steps to the Attic bothers him. These young guys kill me. He can just take the elevator like the old guys do after our knee and hip replacements. |

Like escorted out fight? fwiw, ford acted like a clown much of the night at gola. bitched all game at the refs and spent a lot of time on the court despite the game pretty much being decided in the first 10 minutes. slu played extremely physical from the start and the refs just them play. i couldn't believe he wasted so much energy on it. he was crazed, chasing refs across the floor during a couple timeouts. no doubt the losing and people calling for his head has gotten to him. in his defense, they've dealt with a number of injuries, especially with losing sincere parker for a lot of games (he is a stud). that team when healthy has a lot of talent. |

Sincere Parker is an absolute stud. He will be the Player of the Year in the A10 next year if he stays at SLU.

I've never liked Ford as a coach. He's had very talented teams in the past and has consistently underachieved. And yes, Ford is a clown. The St. Joe's fan was right. |

He should have went Clooney of Georgetown and just said I am richer than you will ever be.
Talk about program that has fallen off a map this last entire decade and with a ton of resources..,
It is not always about money.., It certainly helps but it is what you do with it… Again money is important but it doesn’t guarantee success..
Could you imagine what Schmidt, McKillop, etc could have done with Georgetown trust fund baby money… Also a reason if I am a Nova trust fund kiddo/fan, I am not letting this Neptune experiment go on much longer…
