I am wondering the following:

He is on scholarship but hasn't played a minute this year while Jay Joseph and Tommy Gardler both brought in as walk-ons have played in 4 games. Why would this be? Are they redshirting him? Is he hurt?

I know this isn't the biggest story in the program but I really just find it odd they have played in mop up duty and he hasn't.

If he's strictly developmental, they might just think there's more harm than good in any minutes until he reaches a certain level of readiness.

Was wondering the same and why hasn’t he played at all this year. I was really hoping he was going to be a role player at minimum this year but the fact he hasn’t played a second leads me to believe he’s not going to be more than the equivalent of a walk-on.
