A Word on This Board, and Today's Game

In light of today's game, and recent problems we've had in the past with Temple fans, let me just clarify a few things, in anticipation of any problems:

1. Visiting fans are ALWAYS welcome on this board. It's always helpful to get the perspective of opposing fans on their teams strengths and weaknesses, and their perception of our team. I think it makes for a great discussion.

2. That said, Temple fans have a poor track record on the previous board. 90% of all comments did nothing to add to the discussion, and were just used to flame and troll. Any good discussions we did manage to have were often derailed by stupid posts, and people spouting things like "Call me when you make the tournament."

3. This is a La Salle board for La Salle fans. If it's close either way, I'm going to favor the La Salle fan over the Temple fan. This isn't the Supreme Court, I don't need a legally justifiable reason for banning someone on a message board.

4. In light of the past history, and today's game, if you've just signed up today, or today is the first day you post, tread lightly. I'm not going to have a huge game day on this board ruined for La Salle fans, and legit Temple fans who want a discussion, by people just looking to be clowns. In the words of a Junior High teacher of mine "I will not yell, you'll just be out of here."

Sorry dan, I'll look into it. I've only banned 1 IP ever, and it was this afternoon. Do you by chance work with any Temple fans who may have registered for this board this afternoon?
