The conferences cannot and will not do that. The NIL stuff exists outside of the official school. They can’t even directly say to donate to a collective (though they can mention the existence). To say: “You have to have an NIL presence you can’t coordinate with” would be antithetical to the stated purpose.
That said…the divide between the haves and the have nots will become so much greater that you’re going to start seeing splintering of conferences like the A10. Like the CAA.

Absolutely crazy that our school district had to send this out…
