You lost me less than a minute in when you said he Ash is "the first and the only African American black head coach in the history of Philadelphia's three Division 1 college basketball programs".
Last time I checked there were more than 3 D1 college basketball programs with Philadelphia zip codes, and I seem to recall John Chaney, Jerome Allen, and Bruiser Flint being head coaches.

I think he meant the 3 Catholic schools in the Big 5. |

Then it's still weird because he goes on to say, "there was a time before I called those guys out for not having somebody". There were exactly 2 men's head coach openings in the past 15 years at those 3 schools.
