Hopefully we are as fired up about the clock error as they are about the billboard. Tomorrow is Accepted Students Day, so there should be a good crowd. A bunch of people from my era are having a mini-reunion pregame in The Hideaway as well. Should be fun.

Wonder if Mooney or Ash will pay tribute to Bob Knight today on the anniversary of him tossing the chair: www.espn.com/video/clip?id=26049258Coincidentally, I was at a La Salle Men's Soccer match 2 seasons ago where I brought kids from my son's soccer team to work as ball boys and the Rhode Island coach was ejected for throwing a chair onto the pitch when he disagreed with a call - they still talk about that. |

With URI losing to Davidson last night, a win today would pretty much secure a floor of 8th place for the Explorers. We only have one tiebreaker with any of the teams ahead of us (Duquesne), so really we’d need to go 4-1 or 5-0 starting today to move up in all likelihood. With Davidson next and a road trip to Dayton, we’re all but doomed to our favorite A10 tourney game.
