Fairfield tops Rider /Nurideen Lindsey

Fairfield (aka the Stags) beat Rider the other night. Interesting stat on Nurideen Lindsey and his backcourt partner from a 12/10/12 article in the Hartford Courant: "The Stags forced 29 turnovers on the strength of 19 steals and held Rider's leading scorers Anthony Miles and Nurideen Lindsey to a combined 0 for 9 from the field with 10 turnovers".

Maybe it was best that Lindsey didn't land at LaSalle.

Lindsey has been a turnover machine and would fly in the face of everything our program is currently about. Good defense, ball sharing and control on offense.
