espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/69341/mid-major-power-rankingsThis is the first time seeing this Poll. Curious to see how it continues to roll out throughout the year. With that being said our next two games are must wins and quite possibly give the Explorers some real credibility. Bucknell is #4 on this list and beating them (after beating North Eastern) on the road would be significant. PSU gave the Bison their only loss..... Great win last night! Great Environment! Duren is a flat out winner!!!!

on a side note, funny how Drexel is still nabbing all kinds of attention in polls like this. Guessing they were one of the real feel-good stories after last season nationally, and the fairy tale has turned a bit ugly.

Someone needs to ask them why they would consider teams like Butler (just a few years removed from 2 championship games), and the Atlantic 10 (always ranked in the top 10 in conference RPI, often ahead of the PAC 12, and this year ahead of the Big12 and SEC) as mid majors!? Right now, Lunardi has the A10 getting 5 in, same as the ACC, and SEC. espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/bracketologyAlso, the A10 is 6th in RPI, and this isn't likely to change much after conference play starts. realtimerpi.com/rpi_conf_Men.html

That Lunardi bracket hasn't been updated since the season started. Took me a minute to figure out why he still had UMass on the bubble.

Big5, from the second paragraph - "They’ll join me in ranking the best of the mid-major circuit -- which does not include the Mountain West, the Atlantic 10 or Conference USA -- each week."
So ESPN and CBS SportsLine both have similar Mid Major polls and both don't consider the A10 as a Mid Major anymore.

I saw Lunardi tweet that he's gonna put out a new bracket either this Monday or next, I forget

They (ESPN, CBS, etc) haven't considered the A-10 mid major for several years now

Let's not concern ourselves with polls and post season bracketology at this point in the season. Just focus on the next game. I know its been a long time since we've had any relevant success, but rankings don't mean squat if we lose our next game. Just win baby, and things will fall where they may. What counts is the outcome of your last game.

Of course we don't want to lose the next game but it's up to the coach and the players to maintain focus on the game to game basis. Concern about polls and the postseason is the area for fans. Let's hope we can keep speculating about it all season.
