Based on the last three games, I believe every game going forward will be a down to the wire dog fight. I hope the team does not think that because they are at home they can just so up and win. I have no reason to beleive they think like that, I am just saying....

Taking nothing for granted but I think three things are key to success
1) The players and G have to be loose, have fun (like last year) and play with confidence. All have been far too uptight on game day. Stay loose and things will improve.
2) Have a game plan for attacking the junk zones that are being thrown at us.
3) Non-dribblers need to move off-ball and create easy shot opportunities. I have seen too much standing around especially when 1) Jerrell is double and triple teamed - someone must cut to get open nearby and then look to dish to someone off ball, 2) our guards drive the lane and draw traffic - we need cutters headed to hoop and in open mid-range space as both produce good scoring opportunities.

I'm feeling fine but then again I'm not the one playing....
All kidding aside, I think they rebound and get the W. I just want to see Sam get off to a good start and DJ chip in with 8 points on 5 shots...

A win...nothing that has happened over the last few games has impacted how I believe the team to perform down the road
W vsDuquesne L @#21 Massachusetts L vs#19 Saint Louis W vsSaint Joseph's L @dayton L @richmond W vsSt. Bonaventure W @fordham W vsGeorge Mason W @saint Joseph's
6-4 to finish out with a possible W at Dayton 17-13 with possibility of being 18-12 going into the A10s
Hopefully, seedings work out in our favor and we are able to get 2-3 wins (tough I know) to finish the year with 20 wins. If that plays out, then we would be riding a winning streak that makes us one of the hottest teams in the A10 and that could help propel the team to an NIT bid.
BTW - I'm not concerned with ugly wins or blowouts. A win is a win...blowouts would make me feel more confident but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter.

Mookie, I agree with you regarding the "ugly win" vs "blowout". A win is a win, However, I do not see us beating St. Joe's twice.

Live-RPI has us at 16-14 and Real Time has 17-13. Realtime has us winning all home games and losing all away games except for Fordham

But I think we can steal another road game along the way (Dayton, SJU?, not sure exactly). I think 17-13 sounds about right to me.

Miss Cleo told me we're going 17-13. But she also missed predicting she was going to go to jail, so...

Things to be thankful for : that #1 Arizona starting SG T.J. McConnell ( a PA native ) opted to transfer following his sophomore year at Duquesne in 2012.

Consider that a win if they're able to get on the hot streak to end the season that I predicted. If not, then it's an L.
