We talked about this during the offseason some. Still firmly in the "get it while you can" camp, because you'll only get one shot at that kind of money. The arena is supposed to be a multi-use facility for conferences/concerts/etc also, so it's not exactly the empty investment it's being made out to be.

Along the lines of what Duren said, I would hope La Salle would try to host concerts/comedians in the new arena as a way to bring in more cash. Also get back into the mix for hosting Catholic and Public League playoff games. Any way to bring in more cash for the school should be looked into.
