Perhaps Nova can buy La Salle next, fulfilling their ecumenical charter to help with an inner city poor school?😀

The catholic thing would be to bail out Cabrini, out not buy her. Oh well, when have we ever known Villanova to do the purely catholic thing. They are Catholic-Woke Lite.
At any rate, Mainline will never accept the students applying to Cabrini so it should benefit other private colleges.

We should recruit some of Cabrini students to bring our enrollments up. That will be big for us if we can get majorities of the students from Cabrini.

Perhaps Nova can buy La Salle next, fulfilling their ecumenical charter to help with an inner city poor school?😀 Also fulfills their near term goal of attaining a fourth national championship. Not sure whether the sale includes some kind of transfer package for top X% of students but it was clear they wanted the land to expand their law school.

it would be an embarrassment if la salle isn't reaching out to the displaced cabrini students. st joe's (pa) and three other local schools have already jumped on the opportunity.

Cabrini have any "seaside retreats" to divest themselves from? #ExplorertheShore

My manager's husband at a prior company where I worked has been the head men's lacrosse coach at Cabrini for over 20 years. Theyve had great D3 success in lacrosse and won a national title a few years back. Hopefully he lands.

Recruiting Cabrini while admirable doesn't help the disparity in LaSalle's male population. Talk about a flipping of students....well it took about what, 50+ years.
Ghost of 1970.

Read this and it is a bit sobering considering La Salle's incoming class (as of about 3 weeks ago) is 387. Not that I think ours will drop that precipitously, but considering about 8 years ago we were more than double... 'What will be Cabrini's last class -- the class of 2024 -- has 389 students. The rising junior class of 2025 has 306 students. The rising sophomore class of 2026 has just 284 students." 6abc.com/cabrini-university-closing-villanova-radnor-pa-delaware-county/13419467/

When did "rising" become a mandatory adjective ahead of someone's class year?

When did "rising" become a mandatory adjective ahead of someone's class year? LOL......you got that right. Nice 21st century throwaway term? Better than being on the Mendoza line.
