Sure hope it is not the case having moved 900 miles away from 20th and Olney, I am not seeing any internet game video broadcast being scheduled. See the audio. I have grown used to watching our broadcasts. Hope this has not changed.

I am a bit confused but does this mean that they will not be broadcasting games on the A10 Network?

I just sent an email to the A10. I will let you know what I find out. Appreciate, I was able to sign on to my A10 account but it is unclear whether our games are being streamed.

It seems there is a process which allows the national networks (ESPN, CBSSN, NBCSN) to pick games first. Then regional outlets (NBC Sports Philadelphia previously CSN Philly) pick next. Then Internet streaming companies get third choice. Then the A10 schools decide to stream their remaining home games or not.
Methinks that once all the tv and internet streaming deals are done you will see the remaining A10 games streamed.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to clear up a few things.
All La Salle home games that are not televised will be streamed on the Atlantic 10 Digital Network.
Links for all games that will be streamed by us will be posted in the coming days, so not to worry.
Looking forward to a great season and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly or via this platform.
Thanks,
Dan Lobacz Assistant AD/Communications La Salle University

Thanks Dan. I figured that was the case. Couldn't imagine us just suddenly not streaming games anymore, which we've done for over 10 years.

Thanks Dan,
A follow on question would be what about away games that in the past would be on the A10 network if not on TV or internet?

So should we set up a prop bet for Hot Coffee v Iced Coffee win totals on the season now that we can all see them each home game?

Iced Coffee is an oxymoron. Nobody needs iced coffee in December!

That's great, but I just wish the Atlantic 10 would sign a regular television contract without getting cute with "Facebook" broadcasts and stuff like that. It's not a bad college basketball league and has regional appeal.

It's not a bad college basketball league and has regional appeal. This is all fun and games until you don't get the American Television Network. The A10 is a good league for the top half. The bottom half has teams without fan bases. Very few viewers for Duquesne, St. Bonaventure, Fordham and even Davidson. If the league was all La Salle size and scope I don't even know if it would be worth it to a CBS or NBC sports. This is a good medium. In a world that is going to see TV contracts go down for all except the largest of leagues, I'm glad the A10 has a plan. The big games will be picked up.

Just want to add that without streaming I would catch only a handful of games. Between that and radio on travel days I catch about every game on the west coast. I'm not a fan of how the A10 has handled their paid network in the past but really enjoy the fact that access was easier and free from la salle streams. Also very impressed with the quality of some of our away games. Not sure what they're doing different but I recall the quality on there quinnipiac away game 3 years ago was impeccable.
If we can sort out audio levels and stop ads from playing over highlights, that would be a good start. As long as I can watch I'm not complaining though. Pretty awesome to be able to catch almost every game.

As noted above I sent and email to the A10 and all they did was provide me a link to live events on the A10 site. I still do not know if they will be streaming almost all non-TV games as they did in the past but I would appear not. Maybe I am wrong.
