Binghamton's 6-4 Jordan Reed from Wissahickon HS is said to be leaving according to Alex Kline. Not saying we will be interested especially with the signing of Harris so this is just for information purposes only. I don't follow Binghamton and the young man but something must be happening there. As a FR, Jordan played 35 minutes a game and scored 16.6 with 9.5 rebounds. As a SO, he played 33 minutes a game and scored 15.4 with 8.9 rebounds. This year, he has only played 53 minutes in 5 games with 1 start. He is averaging 3.6 pts and 3.4 rebounds.
In stock market terms would he be a "fallen angel" for someone?

Playing those 5 games this season cost him his third year of eligibility. I doubt whether any of the local schools would be willing to tie up a scholarship for two years to only get one year out of him. It makes no sense for any player to transfer mid-term if they played games in the first semester. It cost Ty Garland a year.

Miles Overton is leaving Wake Forest. John Rothstein's tweet says he will have 2 1/2 years left but that is wrong. Another one of those mid-term transfers.
Wake Forest release says he wants to find a school closer to home.
In 7 games off the bench, he averaged 12.7 minutes a game with 5.1 pts and 1.7 rebounds. Shooting percentages from the field are .321 and .278 from 3. I think he was 8-9 from the line. He went out with a bang. Last Saturday at N C State, he scored 8 points in 19 minutes.

Never understood why Miles O.(marginal A10 player) thought he was going to be happy with minimum playing time on a so so team far away from home other than he was much more interested in education and school than basketball which we now know isn't true. Another player who made a mistake is Booby Johnson at Cuse where he is never going to see big minutes or even be a factor. Both will probably end up back in Philly with Joe's or Owls. Don't know what will happen but I don't see Overton or Johnson coming to La Salle.

I think most would agree that the "Southwest Philly floater" and a trip to the sweet 16 was worth giving up that year.
