And that'll do it.
4-7 in the A-10. 12-13 overall. Losers of 7 of the last 8.
Playing out the string. Team will almost certainly finish with a losing record this year.

This season needs to be over. Yeah I hate to say it, and I don't want to get shit about "quitting on the team" or whatever, but part of me really can't wait for this to just be over.

We are back to being the door mat of the A10. We are now a Bad Loss on your resume if we beat you.

F this, man. Keep Wright in the game. There is hardly a semblance of an offense. Can't we ever make offensive adjustments and create a high percentage shot?

What a brutal game. The only team I hate losing to in the A-10 after St. Joe's is Dayton. The team looked putrid.

Points off turnovers - Dayton 22 to 9
La Salle 17 field goals and 17 turnovers.
DJ Peterson +/- was -21 in 24 minutes.
Game. Set. Match. Drive safely.

Down the stretch Mills, Peterson, Zack, Lewis and Duren were on the floor. Who is the key offensive player. Said it before. No it guy and G doesn't know how to coach the talent he has. Never has.

No. No. Last season bought us a handful of down seasons. Just thought the down seasons would start two years from now.

The Dream Season followed by the Nightmare Season and all because of one player. NPOA No knock on Lewis but the poor kid is no Galloway. Lewis at 3.6 ppg and 20.7% on treys vs. Galloway with 17.2 ppg and 41.2% on treys. All the talk of "energy, focus, passion, intangibles and 'it' factor" is a smokescreen. If a replacement for Galloway had put up Galloway's numbers, lack of his "it factor" would be irrelevant. What Galloway gave last year's team wasn't "confidence" or "chemistry", it was points, rebounds, assists and defense from the guard position. As a great professor at La Salle once said, "Simple story, fellas."

Again though, even the steepest possible drop-off from Galloway should have produced more than this. There's no way this team should end up where they will, which is probably 14-17 at best. Forget about everything that happened after March 8th last year, and its still a hugely disappointing season.
Drop off, fine. Missing Galloway more than we expected, fine. 6-10 in the A-10 and finishing 9th with a team of almost entirely upperclassmen? Not OK.

Comes down to coaching fellas. G deserves a D- for this year. Once again no movement on offense no system. Team looked dead. The amount of coin lost on this year is mind boggling.
G better bring it next year

Technically doesn't matter as we aren't going at large no matter what and we weren't before tonight. And nothing has changed as far as us being a team no one will want to face in Brooklyn. Wait a month, root for no injuries.

Only point is that the dropoff has nothing to do with psychobabble like "energy, passion and intangibles." This team has played hard from day 1.

G better bring it next year BINGO. Coaching it is. Standing around and passing the freaken ball around for 33 seconds a possession (if we don't turn it over), and getting a bad shot off. I honestly think the guys are afraid to shoot. Dayton was giving Zach the 10 ft shot. And he passes it off. Pitiful. And I'm getting tired of G's sideline antics. Maybe the boys are too....

When you are hitting your outside shots it covers up a lot of things. This year the make up was off and we got to see G first thing in the morning. G has got to change this offense because it is awful. Every game is more of the same. Start out with JW doing well then abandon that then play crappy D followed by turnovers and missing shots and bad coaching. Recipe for disaster.
