Thanks to @joefedorowicz who was documenting the rollouts as they came out here's the rundown boxing scoring style (non-Bradley/Pacquiao judges version), excuse any typos as I'm sure he was typing on a cell phone or maybe theyre accurate who knows:
Round 1: LAS: TU Made 150 student athletes pack their bag. TEM: Hope Dr. G has a cure for March Sadness.
10-9 La Salle with Temple slipping on the canvas but not going down, wasn't the punch as much as the outdated stupid attempt to block it by Owls
Round 2: LAS: Owls rhymes with bowels. TEM: Even swiper couldn't swipe a win for you guys.
10-9 La Salle, another uninspired round for Owls as we just do enough to win the round, as Max Kellerman explains to Lennox Lewis what bowels are
Round 3: LAS: Legler > Neghandi. TEM: unknown
Even until we find out what Temple rollout was but good one by our crowd
Round 4: LAS: Temple Football. TEM: Last time you beat us, Mile Cyrus had the best of both worlds.
10-9 Explorers, controversial fall by Owls called a trip and not a knockdown, Larry Merchant is commenting on how he's not sure what the Owls plan was for this rollout battle after a dominating round for Explorers
Round 5: LAS: TU '13 Big East Chumps. TEM: Southwest Philly Floating right back to irrelevancy.
10-9 Temple as judges not happy about repeated gameplan by Explorers and nod to early season struggles eeks out a point for Temple
Round 6: LAS: Rollout listed teams dropped by Temple athletics TEM: Exploring the A10 basement since '92.
10-8 Explorers as referee Kenny Bayless stopped the fight at one point to check on Owls as he eyed their corner to see if they'd throw in the mustache comb , clean knockdown by Explorers in dominating round
Round 7: LAS: @jaybilas said we didn't belong. TEM: Even a blind Explorer finds the tourney sometime.
10-8 Explorers and that's it! A two punch combo to the Owls beak and Jay Bilas ego stops the fight. Coach G interrupts Brennan asking if the belt matches his blue jeans and Fran graciously concedes he wishes they didn't leave A-10
Well done by the La Salle side kicking Temple's ass in the 2014 rollout battle

The only of ours I really thought was weak was the Bilas one. He was long gone by then, and it had nothing to do with Temple. (Side note, Jay Bilas can shove an item of his choosing up his ass).
1.I LOVED the first one about Temple Made... and it was a great leadoff.
2. I liked the Owls=Bowels one because it didn't try to be witty, and was just a really childish statement of fact. As stlexplorer can attest, I've always advocated mixing in a few really deadpan statements of fact in with the witty ones and plays on words. (The two of I've always advocated for: "Phil Martelli has no hair"- accompanying chant to the tune of Old MacDonald had a farm. And "Fran Is a Girl's Name."
3. Legler one was fine, although I couldn't see the whole thing, and thought it said "Legler>Gandhi" But still, shows the fans know a few things. Good one, although not like uproariously funny. A solid single through the middle.
4. Temple football one was a good point to hit on, and not even putting anything after that was a gutsy move, which I liked, but I would've gone with the aforementioned "At least we knew when to cut football" or "You're football team won 2 more games than ours this year." Still, well done, a topic worth hitting.
5. The Big East Chumps one was fine, and although I like this phrasing more, I admittedly thought about it for 5 minutes just now "Temple got played BY the Big East, not in it." But again, another good point to hit.
6. I like going back to the list of cut schools, it was worth hitting twice. Only issue was only a couple of the sport names actually made it down and were readable. But that's fine, loved it.
7. I thought the Bilas one was weak, as I mentioned. But 6/7 is still great.
Did he miss any?
As for Temple, Joe hit on this in his article, but those were all different beats on the same note: "You were bad a long time, got lucky last year, it was a fluke, and you suck again." That's a point to hit in the rollouts, maybe even twice. But on every one? The only one they executed well was the list of tournament appearances. That's a good "no comeback" one. But nothing on the arena? Nothing on them leaving the A-10 for a better conference? (We're talking within the context of rollouts here).
Plus, their first one, the "March Sadness" one was the weakest by far. Do they mean not making it this March? Losing in the Sweet 16 last March? Just not sure what they were going for on that.
Overall, I agree, we kicked their asses in the rollouts today. Fans have come a long way since the other schools used to roll out dozens of stinging ones on us, and we'd just stare and chant "Temple/Penn/Villanova/ St. Joe's Sucks" and call them assholes.
We won 3 of the 4 things today: Rollouts, Game, and Pizza holding lay-up contest. Damned Dunkin Donuts Coffee Cup kid failed us though. If this was Temple, his program would be cut and his Dorm burned to the ground.

I always appreciate a rollout recap. I used to post them for people who had a restricted view, and today I could only see Temple's. I think stlexplorer is too generous to call this a nearly even fight. The Cherry and the White weren't even worth the paper they were printed on.
Equating an explorer to a squirrel? Lame.
Cure for March sadness??? How about the sweet16?
Basement of the A10? Umm, we are winning everything and Temple is cutting sports to spite their football faces. Wasnt a rollout, but an Explorer girls' poster said at least We put our football team (out of its misery). This one takes the cake! Temple just didn't have any gusto today. Their best sign was the Topanga character and Sweet Dee during foul shots.

That "Exploring the basement thing" was a) factually inaccurate and b) the 5th or 6th time someone has used that rollout. It was good joke the first time, 9 years ago.

Let's be honest as I would assume all of us never played for the La Salle basketball team, the rollouts are "our" thing as students/alums/fans. I'm almost as proud when we kill them in rollouts as much as beating them on the court. The quality of the wit and cleverness of the rollouts to me correlates with the perceived education level of the student body. And if you believe that, I wish the Temple students luck next week when they move onto coloring IN the lines

To anyone who linked here from Temple's scout board, you obviously think you cleaned up in the rollout department. How can "basement of the A10" be clever? It's erroneous, and furthermore you are 0-5 in the American12.
Though they appreciated our first rollout, they didn't even get the gist of our Big East joke, which was a piece of cake. I guess it sailed right over their heads.

The one I do give credit to TU was the listing of recent tournament appearances in the A-10 era. They rolled out two equal length banners with each schools appearances listed, and obviously our 20+ foot long banner was mostly blank.

Missed this earlier. Great stuff! Thanks!
Not as racy as I'd prefer my rollouts, ala "Joseph is not the father" to SJU. But they're pretty good, I'll give respect when due.

They also had one about good burger but I couldn't read it "Don't worry, Goodburger. Tyrone will be free in March" or something to this effect.

Loved, loved, loved our rollouts
