Say goodbye to new arena after this embarassment of a game (not the fault of the players- G nonrecruitment of adequate big men is to blame). Adminstration won't put big bucks into a facility they aren't sure will generate money year by year.

Totally overmatched.
This game is over. Disappointed with the performance tonight but thrilled with the overall play and direction of the program.
Very proud of the team.
Need some more help and we will be back strong next year.

I'll go on record now that we can get blown out in the Sweet 16 every year, and I'll be fine with it.
Game is not over, but you've seen very little to hang your hopes on for the next 20 minutes.

Still have a chance but everyone needs to play intense D. We need steals and Duren needs to control the offense.

It's not over yet.
Also, please stop with any negativity. This has been the best two weeks in the school's recent history. No arena talk. The school has changed.
If we lose (and lose big) we lost in the Sweet 16. That is awesome.

I agree. They're in a lot of trouble at this point. Ice cold, over-matched on defense. It's a shame.

I don't doubt that we'll make some kind of run, but sixteen points is a ton and we can't get enough stops or rebounds against this team so far. Doesn't look good at this point.

If we are going to lose I hope we grit it our and play La Salle basketball. Let's go down fighting and try playing a little smarter-- nice to see some assists, passes. Help out inside. Make the 2nd half memorable!

We were going to run into a team sooner or later that just threw it inside all game, grabbed a ton of Offensive boards, and held us to 1 shot on the other end.
I thought we had a shot tonight, but it was going to end Saturday anyway. I guess there's no need to get reflective until the game is actually over, but just take a step back and realize that except for like a Duke, or an Indiana, there's almost no team in the country that considers a Sweet 16 appearance a failure of a season.

At the game screaming for a switch to zone. It's not rocket science. Take away their size advantage and make them hit jumpers.

We have won a game where we had the lead under control all game (Boise), a win where we almost blew a big lead (KState) and we have won a tight game at the buzzer (Ole Miss). Doesn't it seem appropriate we would win with a big comeback next???

We are gonna pull this one out... Zack tells G "put me in coach, I can be center, I'm healed!"... And we hold Wichita State to 25% shooting in 2nd half.
Lets do this.

We played a little zone, but only a few possessions. Not sure we really know how. Rohan crept up too far and they got easy layups.

I don't think Giannini puts Zack in unless the game reaches a pivotal point where he feels Zack could be the difference-maker.

He's not playing Zack. Wright had 2 fouls 10 minutes in to the game and it was threatening to get away from us, and he didn't play him. Barring being up 1 with 3.4 seconds left and needing someone inside, I can't see any scenario he's playing.
