Is it time to end the Jeff Williams experiment?
Honestly, I don't follow the women's team as much as I use to but they've had some really embarrassing losses and there does not seem to be any improvement on the horizon.
Can anyone who follows the team tell me if there is potential for improvement?

I feel for the players. Many of the game photos have the Gola near empty. The senior day photos just have seats behind the players.

I hear ya, but when was the last time anyone hear outside of Hykos went to a Women's game? I'd like to think if I lived locally I might go to 1 or 2 a year, but I think I'm only saying that because I live in NY and thus don't have to back it up.

I really thought Jeff Williams and his staff would turn it around. I was dead wrong on this.
I believe he has one year left on his deal and I doubt La Salle would ever pay a women's basketball coach for nothing so I would imagine he will be back.
What happened to Brittany Wilson? She was their best player and just left right in the middle of the season. That hasn't helped.

Yea I think everyone thought they would be much better than they are. What happened to the girls he was bringing in, there was a little time there where you could have made the argument they were further ahead than our men's team

Brittany Wilson hurt her knee and is out indefinitely and done for her career... was at senior night and the PA announced that she "finishes her career with 14XX points"

Jeff has definitely been bit by the injury bug. They often try to shoot themselves out of a slump, which allows them to dominate poor rebounding teams but they give the ball up too easily against good teams by forcing unnecessary shots. I only go to one game a year, but I do wish them the best as they try to win their first playoff game in 9 years. Yes, it has been a very long time since there's been good news.

I saw them play twice this season. Injuries and transfers have been a big problem. Some recruits have just not measured up to expectations. On the court, they just can't put the ball in the basket. Tough to win and even tougher to watch. Scoring usually done by 2 players a game. Looking at next season, I don't see a major infusion of talent coming in to help right now.

The tourney is in Philly but #13 La Salle did not qualify.
