Our attendance just dropped from 300 to 25 to quickly. Good way to make money for the school.

It is for outdoor sports.
We sucked it up last year because attending a game with no vaccine felt like an unnecessary risk! It was a bitter pill to swallow but most of the leagues north of the SEC backed it, and the decision to have any kind of season was worth sacrificing for.
But by now, we have found it is not too difficult to socially distance at our facilities. Gets a little harder, actually when they close off 3,500 seats. My family and I had plans to go to a soccer match tonight, but if the rain holds off we'll go to the Prep game instead and breathe the exact same air.

Should be for basketball anyway unless a bunch of grownups want to cry that its their right to put under 12 kids in attendance at increased risk.

I would imagine this is just temporary with the surge of cases on campus. Otherwise, I don't know why you would place these types of limitations on outside sports. Basketball is still 2 months away so I'm not concerned yet about capacity or attendance limits.

Right, that's a fuck up. If my kids were there with the understanding that indoors would be masked and then I saw that pic, I'd be furious.

It is the inconsistency that is insane. Masking outdoors at a soccer game is ridiculous. This isn't a sold out Philadelphia Union game.
I used to bring my son's soccer team to games at La Salle to work as ball boys once or twice a year and play on the field at halftime. At most, there might have been 75 people in the stands at McCarthy Stadium...and I think I am overestimating. Requiring a "pass list" like you're trying to get into Studio 54 for a La Salle soccer match is just dumb.

Need to be masked and on a list to be part of the 100 person crowd in a 7,500 seat outdoor “stadium” lol. Really tough to support this school sometimes.

There has been an attendance limit policy in effect for years.

Why does anyone think, that even if La Salle was to build a new arena, that more people will come?🤔🤔🤔 BTW- Hasn’t La Salle always have a 6 feet apart policy at the Gola🤔🤔🤔- As usual La Salle has always been ahead of the curve🤔🤔🤔🤔

Revised policy is effective today. Masks are required, however pass lists are no longer.
It's not put up for a debate, just an FYI.
