jellybean, I am going to work through the podcast over the next couple of days. No matter what terminology Coach uses the most important thing for me is this phrase in the summary:
"The Philadelphia native recruited future NBA Draft Picks Mikal Bridges (10th Overall, Phoenix Suns), Jalen Brunson (33rd Overall, Dallas Mavericks), Donte DiVincenzo (17th Overall, Milwaukee Bucks) and Omari Spellman (30th Overall, Atlanta Hawks). He was also a member of the coaching staff that developed Josh Hart into the National Player of the Year in 2016 and a first round draft pick of the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2016 NBA Draft."
When you have players like those listed that you have recruited and developed...you can call it frameworks, systems, or beef braciole, you are going to have some success.

Or you could call his VU success Jimmy and Joe driven

The host lost me in the first 2 minutes when he said Howard "has La Salle trending upward". Um...has he seen the records for the past 3 years and the standings in the conference?

If you look at the introduction it would seem this was recoded after season two and not season three.

The host starts the interview by saying "Coach Howard just completed his 3rd season at La Salle and has La Salle trending upward." at 37 seconds in.

I listened to the entire podcast and have to say I'm more confused now than before. I sure hope the players understand what AH wants especially Brickus who sounds like the key.
So we are going tp practice one on one, two on two and three on three this Summer in the Gym. I hope that helps improve the defense which allowed 76.7 points a game in the A10. The worst or close to it.
