except for the 3.7 earthquake they had there last night Interesting. I know a couple of people that went to Pepperdine. Longest one lasted 2 years. Beautiful place, but dry campus (alcohol-wise) and overly religious is what put them off. I would abide by BYU's rules if it allowed me to go to school in Malibu.

"I can't wait to leave West Chester, PA, where traffic congestion issues are exacerbated by a lack of major roadways in and out!" Even though the St. Joe’s (of PA) thing is a bit, West Chester of PA would’ve been a helpful designation for me when I got to La Salle. I had no idea there was a West Chester, PA and when someone told me they were from there (or went to school there) I thought they meant Westchester County, NY and said “Oh cool, my Dad works in White Plains” and started talking about New York and they didn’t know what I was going on about.

Beautiful place, but dry campus (alcohol-wise) and overly religious is what put them off. It's an odd shaped campus. I was in LA for the Emmys in September and took a drive over to the campus to see it. Very hilly..smaller than I expected...and the beach just down the hill across the street.

All the parts of Malibu we saw were weird and not at all what I pictured. We lost 90 minutes because someone drove off a cliff and they had to close the road.

Same goes for "take Route 1 for about an hour" to someone who (hypothetically) has lived in Wilmington for like 3 months then being surprised when he (hypothetically) ends up nowhere near the spot in Maryland he should be.

Onetime it rained a lot and the sewer at the bottom of 20th got clogged and it looked like an ocean.

Jeff Goodman ( Stadium ) and several other sites currently list 6'-3", 180 lbs guard Richard Oppong ( '17 Samuel Gompers H.S., NYC ) as a 2019-20 transfer from La Salle to Mansfield University of Pa. [ Oppong may have been a friend and AAU teammate of Shaggy Deas. ] Oppong played this past season for the Mansfield Mountaineers. It appears that Oppong was on campus at La Salle in 2018-19, however he is not listed on the team roster in any capacity for that year. On May 30, 2019 he announced his commitment to attend Mansfield, where he is listed as a true freshman on their current roster. Oppong's bio lists La Salle as his previous school prior to Mansfield. Does anyone know anything at all about La Salle's apparent recent interest in / involvement with Richard Oppong ?

His LinkedIn says he was a manager. Why then is he currently listed as a transfer from La Salle on the NCAA D-1 transfer portals ?

Martin Ingelsby at UD has done quite well despite the revolving door of transfers in and out. I guess nothing is going to top his loss of Ryan Daly. Here is a grad student Justyn Mutts who is putting himself on the market but says he's love to stay at Delaware. Mutts
