Anyone else think 35 bucks a pop is a little steep? I have 3 friends, who definitely would like to go, but 35 bucks a pop is a tough sell.
Last year, I got tickets from the St. Joes site for around 25 bucks I think. I'll try to do that again.
Oh wait, on the St. Joe's site now. 53 bucks a pop! Nevermind, 35 bucks doesn't sound too bad afterall..

The cheapest tix on stubhub are $64! If you haven't gotten your tix yet, def get them from the La Salle ticket office, and soon.

Last year when I called LaSalle I told them I was bringing 10 kids and they were a little cheaper. No matter how you cut it its expensive. If we win its worth it. It was a tough walk back to the car last year.

Yes I just called and there are no tickets, but there is a waiting list (with no guarantees).
Please don't shoot the messenger with more negative rep which I do not deserve. Props for trying, right?

Thanks for checking Hykos. I bet St. Joe's fans snagged a bunch of our tickets because we had them priced 18 bucks cheaper.

There is some truth to that I'm sure, but I think the LS contingent has really come to life this season. I'm really hopeful we can get a majority of the fans in the building. Regardless, it's great to see us playing in a game that's sold out 2 weeks in advance. That's pretty huge.

Maybe I will email our ticket office and ask them to try to revoke all the scalped tickets, since they have more than a 200% mark-up. (I remember back when this practice was illegal, then the teams got involved in the "valid" methods of online reselling. But La Salle is not a stubhub partner, so I'm not certain they would even see a royalty the way the Phils and Birds and Union can.)
This would be a good opportunity for La Salle to nip that in the bud before this team starts selling out more games and attracting scalpers like ants to honey, making us all pay too much. Face value of $25, going for $70 to $95. The commission by stubhub is about 20%, so people are making high returns, upwards of $30 a seat, a quick $300 if they bought 10 tickets.
