As an aside, the recent construction of the just-completed ( University owned & developed ) 1150-beds new Dorms at Villanova University are another example of very shrewed, impeccable good timing, particularly in view of the apparent growing trend mentioned in the newspaper article of highly-competitive Universities, with state-of-the-art Dorms and student conveniences, requiring as a condition of acceptance that their undergrads contractually commit to living on campus for at least 3 years, which generates additional ( captive ) income for the University.

Sorry, but who in their right mind would want to bring a dog to a dorm. I guess she left her teddy bear home. Outside of a service dog, LaSalle is a bunch of wusses for catering to this.
What are they "catering" to? They created a dorm where people can bring certain types of dogs if they want. It's an option, and one that's getting some pretty good press locally- not to mention there's a partnership with Purina involved so some of that marketing/business tie-in we're all looking for in other areas.
Is this some kind of "entitled millenials and their avocado toast" routine?
