The now 1 - 9 Lady Explorers fell to the St. John's Red Storm 83 - 54 this past Saturday. 6'-4" junior Center Sofilia Ngwafang, 5'-7' transfer junior guard Katie Hill and 5'-10" freshman guard Janay Sanders all DNP.

That game was a lot closer than the final score indicates. St. John's is apparently very good and until the last 4 mins or so of the game La Salle was within striking distance. It got out of hand toward the end. They looked pretty good against a good team.

That is nice to see. Getting the first win is important to gain confidence and trust what your coaches are doing.
Hopefully Ash is next this weekend.
