I just wanted to everyone's feeling regarding this game. As always, I am nervous due to Charlotte's size and thier home court advantage. I was a little surprized by a line with LaSalle as a favorite. I don't want to be a downer, but I think LaSalle loses a close game with us losing the rebounding game by a large margin...hope I am wrong

I don't know much about Charlotte, but my concern has always been with LaSalle's ability to play on the road more than anything.

I think this is close throughout but LS pulls away in the end, much like the Iona game.
That line tells me the oddsmakers are looking to get the public money on Charlotte for people that simply look at their 8-0 home record. Charlotte needed OT the other night to beat UNC-Asheville. According to Pomeroy, their defensive stats are helped by having played some woeful offensive teams all season (overall opponents offense rated at 200+) whereas our offense is pretty highly regarded.
I think our ball pressure on their freshman PG will cause problems all night long for them.

The line I saw had Charlotte as a 2-point fave, which I thought was about right.
