Fran Dunphy is an awesome coach. You mean because he had Penn at such a high level when he was there?

Exactly. Penn was such a good team for such a long time. They and Princeton owned that conference. They fell off big time after he left.

Please see our forum rules on praising Fran Dunphy. It is frowned upon, if not expressly forbidden.
...in all seriousness, as of now, the job he did at Penn is more impressive than what he's done at Temple. He had Penn in the tourney almost every year, which for an Ivy League team is really all you can hope for. Now, they're a total non-factor in that league.

Ty Garland and Jerrell have a lot of chemistry together. They've connected a few times.

FINAL. La Salle up 74-57. OJ Lewis with a nice fadeaway 2 for the last Explorer points.
10-3 Non-Con. 2-0 in Big 5. Ready for A-10 play.

10-3 in the OOC... not bad, but that loss to CCSU (at home) still stings. A-10 here we come. I like that Garland seems to be heating up, and getting into the flow as we head into the conference.

Good to get a W but Penn is really down right now. Hopefully this win will get the guys confidence up for conference play.

We're right where I thought we would be, and right about where most expected to be. 10-6 in the A-10 and the Semis in Brooklyn would be the high-end of my hopes/expectations the rest of the way.

The espn box score says Davis played today? I hope that was a mistake considering he was supposed to red shirt.

ESPN is incorrect. Davis did not play.

Joe, quick question for you. Why is it when I click on the videos of the press conferences in the article it goes black and says something like "this video is private"?

Sorry about that. Fixed.
Have to go through the youtube procedure with my writers.

Told You So Dept.
Said that Garland has a killer cross-over and you got to see it yesterday. The play for me was him "hiding" behind the ref on the Penn inbound pass and then making a quick dash to steal the ball. Great stuff.
