Coz, this was already discussed in the miami thread. www.foxsportssouth.com/pages/channelfinderComcast PHL doesn't have it, I called them and they said that station was N/A. Other posters explained it's because the ACC controls the feed. Comcast only in some limited locations carries it, such as DC metro, and south florida. DirectTV/dish "might" have it which means you can ask for it in some bars. For us, ESPN3 Online stream is still the way to go.

Do you have to pay for it or do anything special, or can you just stream it from the site for free? Thanks.

It's free, but sometimes you have to enter some of your cable info prior to your first use. I would start setting it up at 8:00 or so in case you have any issues.

If you subscribe to a cable provider that carries ESPN, just go to ESPN3.com and and try to watch whatever they're broadcasting on ESPN3 now. When you click on that, it will ask you for your user ID for your cable service(for me, it's my Verizon email address) and your password (whatever password you use for your cable account). It will automatically log you in as a subscriber and you'll have free access to all ESPN3 broadcasts.

Also if you have an Xbox you can watch it on Xbox Live This is sweet. I didn't know that you could get it through Xbox Live. My daughter just got an Xbox for Xmas and she has 4 months free of Xbox Live. We just stumbled through setting up ESPN3.com on the Xbox. We have the game listed and ready, up on the screen. Now I'm just waiting for tipoff. Thanks stlexplorer.

I hope the quality gets better. On my ethernet, watching the Delaware game as I wait for tipoff. The "quality" is on 1 out of 5, and you can't read the text without squinting. Fortunately there is no buffering but the site must be at max capacity.

Hopefully most of that web traffic is for 'Cuse. With a 9 p.m. start it should fizzle out a bit.
