It's the catholic league, but only for the exclusive Catholics - if you are going to do it and claim its because of affiliation then you don't list qualifications for membership. I'm fine if they want to be selective but don't through the religious affiliation card as your trump because its a load of crap

Just throwing this concept out there. Haven't read the whole thread, so I am not sure if someone already came up with the idea. But, merge the A10 and BE plus 1 (Creighton?) to bring it to 24 teams. (I am including Temple in the mix). Form into four 6 team divisions. Keep 6 of the 7 BE members together. Each team in division play each other 2x per year. Then they play each team in another division 1X every 3 years. That's 16 reg season games. 3 teams in each division make playoffs with #1 seed in division getting a bye. #2 vs #3 play in, winner plays #1. Then quarters, semis, the finals. Different concept, Big Basketball conference with rivalries in tact. Nova shouldn't have to worry too much about the other philly schools since they will be in a separate division. Should get a pretty good TV contract. Everyone's happy.

Talked to someone who works for the patriot league. She said that Holy Cross contacted the Catholic 7 and wants in. Do you think LaSalle made any calls?
