Our team should be strong next year but goodness, we are going to miss Ramon...
Can we sneak in a late, talented signee due this lastest run and national attention?

Galloway will certainly be missed for his talent, production, energy and leadership. I don't think a single player will replace him but rather everyone increases their game a notch. Lewis will be a great addition but won't fill Ramon's shoes all by himself. I think we will be okay offensively and defensively next year.
I still shake my head that we have had this tremendous week and guys like Mills and DJ are struggling with their outside shots. Imagine if they were on? They are contributing in other ways.

Great point on several accounts. It was something that I was talking with another basketball fan. We didn't shoot the ball well from the perimeter as a team during the last 2 games. I am not so sure that Peterson and Mills are underperforming, as they neither are really good shooters. Peterson shoots too flat to be consistent and Mills I have discussed before. Regardless imagine if this team shoots from the perimeter to their average.

That's a pretty good two year stretch. Let's hope this year's 28.2% from 3points is an anomaly.

Yeah, Mills is a really good shooter. I wonder if part of it is him trying to get shots as the 4th G option versus being able to only stick to the open looks.
Either way, yeah, Ramon. One of my favorites in a long time and its going to suck to lose him. Even when we'd lose top seniors before (dating back to 1996 when I started caring), we weren't losing them off winning teams.

It will hurt to lose Ramon but he and the kids remaining know how to win. Next season team will be good again with Lewis, Davis and additional experience. Stukes (future MVP Catholic League this season) will probably red shirt. G does have a very good eye for talent so less hope he can bring in a 6-6 to 6-7 forward in this spring signing period.

Stukes has only gotten better over the last 3 months including a fantastic performance against NG, a couple weeks ago. His profile has increased greatly over this period. It seems that he will be the Catholic League MVP and that will help his regional and national profile. A great early find by Coach G who seems to have a knack to find late bloomers. The Tyreek Duren comparisons continue further.......
