This is my formal apology for this post I made during the Nova game:
"Yea, no kidding on Duren. What's going on:
Delaware - 2-11 FG, 0-1 3pt, 1ast CCSU - 4-12 FG, 1-5 3pt, 4ast Hartford - 4-10 FG, 0-3 3pt, 2ast Nova 1st half - 1-7 FG, 0-3 3pt, 2ast
That's not gonna get it done"
I will never question Mr. Duren ever again, such a joy to watch

The tear Tyreke's been on might have been my favorite three game stretch any La Salle player has had. His insane clutch play against Nova, a 6-6 from 20 point game against Rider, and pure brilliance against Penn State.
This is his team and I LOVE it!

The amazing thing about Tyreek is the quality without the quantity. I'm actually surprised when he misses and he's not scoring 20 points on 15 shots. He's become quite the sniper.

Just to show how great Tyreek has been these past 3 games just look at this:
- First 3 games: 10-33 FG, 1-9 3pt, 13ppg, 35.7 min per game - Last 3 games: 22-36 FG, 9-17 3pt, 24ppg, 39 min per game (includes OT game vs Nova)

To take it a step further if you put the first half of the Nova game in the other column:
- First 3.5 games - 11-40 FG, 1-12 3pt, 43pts - Last 2.5 games - 21-29 FG, 9-14 3pt, 68pts

stl, you said it earlier. it's not about quantity with him. he's a game changer, and tonight was the epitome of that.

@jonrothstein: Tyreek Duren continues his heroics for La Salle. Makes a jumper with 2 seconds left as Explorers get 2 pt win at Northeastern. 6-1.

I apologize for the nonsense of my earlier post- note the time stamp and combine with it being Saturday night around the holidays and you may understand

By hats, we need more of those posts, not less.

I vote for "by hats" a new board phrase. I think it will improve the board by hats and bounds.

@franfraschilla: Got bored so watched tape of LaSalle's Ramon Galloway & Tyreek Duren. Might be most unsung backcourt in the country.
