This Friday Oct 24 at 7:00 PM, La Salle seniors will kick off for the last time at McCarthy Stadium against George Mason. The team honors all time goals and points leader Kelsey Haycook, all conference goalie selection Jessica Wiggins, all time assists leader Maryam Huseini, and Gabby Carbone. Also featured in their last home game will be two redshirt seniors from the 2010 recruit class Anna Dolhanskuy and Kerri Aiken.
The women's soccer team had their fifth win in a row at St. Louis Sunday. Remarkably, all five games in that streak have been won by a Kelsey Haycook goal. Haycook already has seven of the team's ten goals in conference play as the Explorers have outscored their opponents 10-2 during the A10 regular season.

The Haycook career has been such a treat to watch. She is now top ten in the nation in goals scored, and leads the conference, with 15. (The La Salle all-time record for a single season is 17, back in 1987.) She scored two goals on senior night and recorded the game winning goal for the sixth consecutive game. Haycook has more goals per game in conference play (9 over 6) than 10 of the 13 other entire teams in the A10 conference. She is a goal scoring machine and can beat the double team.
La Salle is just one point away (one tie or better, or any VCU non-win) from clinching their third conference regular season title, with two games to play.
