I will go out on a very thin limb and state: 1. Wright is key against Bonnies. DJP gets huge steal. 2. Taylor Dunn will hit a key trey to beat the Bills and Explorer triple team Jett at end of game as Duren gets the steal to seal it. 3. Garland pounds Dayton with career high in points and rebounds. Mills sparks the defense. 4. Zack gets triple-double with 10 blocks, 11 points and 12 boards against VCU as Explorers hoist the A10 trophy. Rohan Brown makes a key bucket in the second half. 5. Explorers get 14 seed. Martelli apoligizes to his team again for not making the NCAA tournament saying it is his fault again. Lunardi still thinks they should have gotten in based on his "Hawk Hill Formula". 6. We beat opponents in first couple of rounds only to face Nova for Sweet 16 game. Duren scores 35. Mills gets 8 steals and stifles their punk guard; Villanova fans are so upset that they burn down the Dupont ski lodge. Then we beat Duke and Syracuse on the way to Final 4.
As a fan, I can certainly hope that the team can change.
Now back to reality!

(2) VCU: 1.5/1 (38.7%) (1) Saint Louis: 3/1 (19.3%) (3) George Washington: 5.5/1 (10.5%) (4) Saint Joseph's of PA: 7/1 (8.3%) (5) Dayton: 7.5/1 (7.7%) (6) UMass: 8/1 (7.2%) (7) Richmond: 25/1 (2.3%) (9) St. Bonaventure: 25/1 (2.3%) (8) La Salle: 33/1 (1.8%) (10) Duquesne: 100/1 (0.6%) (12) George Mason: 100/1 (0.6%) (11) Rhode Island: 100/1 (0.6%) (13) Fordham: 1000/1 (0.1%)
(To call the percentages shaky math would be generous, but its just a nice little ballpark figure. Odds from bovada.lv.)

Giving the Bonnies a .5 better chance then us should be motivation enough to crush them by 20 points.

Giving the Bonnies a .5 better chance then us should be motivation enough to crush them by 20 points. heard Giannini's been harping on this all week because the players were quoted saying the motivation provided by a "lose and go home" scenario wasn't enough. *fart noise*

No, I would never expect them to turn down an NIT bid. I just hope they aren't in a position where La Salle is offered one. After all, they shoot horses that are in the same condition as this program is in this year. It's the humane thing to do.

I think your boat is small. Would gladly accept a NIT bid. That would be three years in a row going post season. If the only thing that satisfies you is to go to the NCAA every year, which would be terribly nice, I am afraid you will be disappointed alot. Its kind of the opposite. I'm still so satisfied over last year that I don't think the NIT would get movement either way. I mean, I'd watch and a run would be cool, but if they pass us over, I'm not going to show much outrage. Nailed it. Nice work.

Thanks for the info. I can only go this Thurs. Anyone going? Btw what time is our game this Thurs against St B? Noon, with a 10AM official pre-game reception. Stouts Charter Bus leaves Plymouth Meeting at 7:30. Assuming they had locked in enough reservations by tonight?
