@brookthebeast20 48s48 seconds ago More After talking to my family and friends I have decided to take my athletic and academic career in a different direction. I want to thank the coaching staff and the La Salle community as I am blessed to have spent my first two years of my collegiate career in a La Salle uniform 🙏🏽

I thought there was a chance all 3 Sophomores would transfer. Carter was a bit of a surprise, and I did think Brookins could go either way, but I can't say any of these shock me individually. Best of lock to everyone in their future destinations.
It will be interesting how the open scholarships are used. If Clark gets a medical redshirt and no one else transfers, that would leave the roster with 2 seniors, 2 juniors, 2 sophomores and 4 freshman.

In fairness to Miles, I think there were some injuries he was battling this year. If you look at the first 9 games of the season, he scored 65% of his points, was averaging double digits in scoring, and playing significant minutes. That productivity doesn't just drop off without some injuries surfacing. In a few games I specifically remember him appearing hobbled as he ran up and down the court.
Maybe his role changed when Saul came back, or maybe the injuries hurt him, but his productivity was good early on and then the numbers dropped, and in the right situation/system, he will likely get those numbers or better again.
I didn't want to have an argument on it here, but you opened up on me in a drive-by
he murdered you, for the record. and it was funny as shit.
yeah...and for the record I can take it...just seems that some can't and make private complaints It's a free message board where the best posts are funny and sarcastic - air complaints on the board if you have them. Really only thing I don't like on here is middle-aged people ragging on the kids that are playing for us. Birdhouses on AD's heads and animated head butts of adults are fair game though.

I tend to develop a fondness for our guys. Oddly, despite how they might have performed I get a bit sad with early departures. There are a number of guys leaving here I am going to miss. Some I still had not given up the hopes of blooming.
Setting this aside we need to take necessary steps to improving the quality of the program ( win games). Given our results it would appear that significant personnel changes would have to take place for this to happen. Maybe these are initial steps? We shall see.
I am not exactly gushing with positive energy in this regard. I think I am worn out-
For a decade plus we see guys coming to the program often greeted by a sort of just wait until this guy comes things will be different mantle (see Johnny Shuler, Reds Smith etc.) and then of course there are the 4 star transfers to save the day. We have seen a lot of likable nice young men but a bad basketball program.
These days, I am firmly of a mind to take any recruiting + buzz when it happens with a grain of salt.
