Regular season finale today, also Senior Day (Pookie and Cheddi). We’re basically locked into the 8-9 game (surprise surprise) Thursday against URI, but there are a few things on the line today otherwise. Getting into double digit wins would be something, and it would also mean we went 10-10 in our final 20 games, after an 0–10 start.
End the regular season, and the home slate, on a strong note. Fight On Explorers!

Missed the first half, but its good to see we put the Dayton debacle behind us. Let's finish off this drubbing. Nice game, again, for Jared with 14 and 8

Glad GloryDays broke his “ofer” streak for wins seen in person this year! I am happy to have broken the losing streak today. Good to talk to some of the current and past board folks. Also, this was the 15th anniversary of the Thrilla in section W. The 2 aging 71er combatants actually had lunch together before the game. I was thinking that they might have a re-enactment of the first bout as the second half got a little boring. This aging crap has taken the fight out of them.

Rode up yesterday morning on Amtrak, had a Den steak (and no heartburn!), hung out with JellyBean and finally got to meet GloryDays, saw a few friends for the first time in several years, and went back home last night with a win. Another great day to be an Explorer!

Nice game by Carter and Kimbrough. Looked like the game plan was to make a concerted effort to get the ball to the bigs down low. Also to protect the ball. A lot more passing and a lot less dribbling.
Great sendoff to Pookie and Cheddi as well as the two managers. Good luck to all. Thanks for what you did for La Salle.
