Biliken’s line. That has long day for La Salle written all over it. Hope Vegas is wrong for a change.

St L is good. If I remember correctly that guy French was a beast. And they had several athletic guards/small forwards who drove mercilessly to the hole. Our inside guys did not do well last time we played them and yet we still hung tough most of the game. Seemed we could not stop them from driving to the hoop and scoring in the paint. ST L scored 38 points in the paint and had a bundle of 2nd chance points. Now Miles was out. Ed played so-so and Jared 1/2 of that. It will be interesting to see the D adjustments we make based on what we learned from the first game. I think our bigs are capable of giving us a better effort and we will need it. Miles gives us at least 5 more fouls to give than we had the first game and I am expecting him to bring more than that. If I am remembering correctly isn't S L a bad foul shooting team (60%)? Making them beat you from the line could pay off. Also, would love to see the coach take the advice of some folks on here and strategically throw in some zone to disrupt their O flow at times. In any event, can't let a team feel like they own the lane. St L is good but I can talk us into having a chance .

The line says Bills lead is single digits late in the game, and make enough FTs to cover. I say it’s the Explorers on the winning end though. This isn’t the same 0-10 team anymore. This is 5-1 (last 6) team challenging for a top 4 spot in the conference. Confident team and coaching that we haven’t seen around here in a long, long time.

GW and Duquesne are in a close game right now. If GW pulls it out and we beat SLU, we would be in sole possession of 5th place via the tiebreakers. Crazy to be thinking that after an 0-10 start. Have to root for Fordham to beat Rhode Island today and keep us ahead of them if we lose today, otherwise I think we drop to 9th. Gotta' love the bunching up in the A10.
