As matters now stand, it looks like there are four scholarships available for next season. Amy Griffin and Ashanti Freeland are graduating. Regrettably, junior Anemone Scheel left the team in December, and promising sophomore Shaquana Edwards has now asked for and obtained her release from La Salle to transfer elsewhere.
Hopefully, all four of our 2018 NLI signees referenced above, Makayla Pippin, Shayla Sweeney, Kayla Spruill and Janay Sanders will reaffirm their commitments to play for the Lady Explorers under our new WBB head coach Mountain MacGillivray.

Shaquana was recruited heavily by Quinnipiac so Coach must have had a good relationship. I think they were in her final four or five.
